A case of nasal obstruction

Deviated Nasal Septum and Nasal Synechia

This case had deviated nasal septum to the left side.
The left nasal cavity had synechia (fibrosis, stenosis) from previous surgery.
Endoscopic Septoplasty was performed to correct the deviation and synechia. (See VDO1, VDO2, VDO3)
